Salesteer is not only a space for managing personnel and sales, but also a space for sharing with already acquired customers. The admin user can therefore assign users to both their team and customers, but selecting the level of access to information allowed each time.
Account management
In the Users section of Salesteer CRM, you can manage the accounts related to team members who use the system. Each of these can be assigned to roles, corresponding to different levels of accessibility to the software's information.
Customer access
Salesteer CRM allows you to assign users to your customers, allowing them to upload tickets and follow the status of their work and orders. A simple and fast way to keep your customers informed about the progress of their projects.
Granularity of permissions
The admin user has the ability to pre-establish roles and assign each of them access to certain types of information. This system will allow you to assign users but also to manage access to sensitive data from your company in a safe and controlled manner.
