The Subscriptions feature of Salesteer CRM allows for efficient management of recurring payments for both incoming and outgoing transactions, simplifying the management of repeated transactions such as subscription billing.

Recurring Payments

The goal for which the Subscriptions section was developed is to be able to manage the flow of recurring payments in an agile and automated manner. A feature particularly useful for those businesses that use the subscription mode for their services and products.

Functionality

Subscriptions are associated with customers/suppliers and identified by name, quantity, price, VAT, and any discounts. Clearly, the frequency with which these payments, both incoming and outgoing, occur can also be set.

Automation

Once Subscriptions are set up, they will generate an invoice at each recurrence. Recurring payments can be managed either manually or automatically through the inclusion of products related to subscriptions or recurring payments in offers.
