Default products for quick and accurate quotes

This section of Salesteer CRM is designed to optimize business time based on frequently quoted products.

The Lists & Products section offers the possibility to create lists of categories and products with all the attached specifications. In this way, during the quote phase, it will be possible to quickly recall the desired products.

Create

Organize the products marketed by your company by categories. Within each category, you can create multiple product cards, each of which refers to a specific product/service.

Insert

For each product, there are different information fields such as: name, code, manufacturer and supplier, reference image, category, description, and price. All this information will be easily accessible during the quote phase, allowing you to create complete and well-structured quotes.

Quote

The recall of products during the quote phase is one of the main functions of this section. With Lists & Products, you will no longer have to search for scattered information on different documents or remember prices and product descriptions. During the quote phase, you will only need to enter the desired quantity of products (those already registered), and the system will automatically generate the quote.
