The Salesteer Badge System is an agile and precise way to record entrances and exits

This system integrated into the CRM developed by Devua allows recording of staff entry and exit times. The system works through a QR code that is generated automatically, displayed at the office entrance, and scanned by the employee via smartphone.

Step 1

The first step the administrator user must take is to establish work locations. Whether your company has only one or is operational in multiple locations, simply create a new location in the appropriate section. This will be associated with a QR Code generator.

Step 2

The QR Code generator should ideally be displayed at the office entrance (e.g., via a tablet). After logging in from their smartphone on their Salesteer account, the employee only needs to scan the QR code at each entry and exit.

Leave Requests

Salesteer is not just a system for recording working hours, it also includes a function for managing requests for vacation, leave, and sick time. Employees can make requests through their private area, which will be notified in real time to the administrator user who will then proceed with the approval.
